Who is the HOA?

1. The HOA consists of every Adalee Park homeowner.
2. By purchasing their homes, homeowners are legally agreeing to and obligated to follow the terms of the Deed Restrictions.
3. Deed restrictions may only be changed by 75% of the homeowners (there is one vote per home) voting in favor of any changes. For Adalee Park, that means at least 72 homes must vote in favor of a change for deed restrictions to be changed.

What are Deed Restrictions?

1. The deed restrictions are written into the property deeds and are legally binding.
2. By purchasing a home, the owner is legally agreeing to those restrictions.
3. Deed restrictions legally regulate the use and appearance of the property.
4. Per the deed restrictions, homeowners must get prior approval to specified external approvements.
